In 2006, Kansas City currently has the worst record. you could also argue that Pittsburgh is worse, because the National League is weaker.
The Tampa Bay Devil Rays may be the worst team over the last several years. They are in their 9th season, and they've finished last in their division every season, except in 2004, when they finished next to last. Coming into this season, their all-time .401 winning pct was the worst of all active MLB teams.

The Nationals hae the worst checklist, yet for the final month no team has appeared as undesirable via fact the Royals. they have actually appeared like little league communities available. Trey Hillman surely had to declare at a placed up interest new convention (and he became intense approximately this) that "we are getting greater useful at catching pop ups, yet we nevertheless could artwork on throwing the ball around the infield."

This wear probably the Royals, but there are several small market clubs that just really have no program. Such as Tampa, KC and Pittsburgh. These clubs spend less on the entire roster than some teams spend on the pitching staff.

Philadelphia Phillies. They are owned by the most clueless, careless, profit driven owners that I have ever known since I've been following Philadelphia sports. Thats why I often comment that there are only two professional teams in Philly, the Eagles and Flyers. The Sixers and Phillies could leave the city and I couldn't be happier.

I'd have to say Tampa Bay. The Royals play in the toughest division in baseball. Even the 3rd place twins have a better record than any team in the west.

The Royals I think. At least they give their all every game. They beat the White Sox last night. You have to respect that they put everything into every game.
