"Why do we have to breathe every second ? " :-)
Our body is more then 70% water its the essential ingredient to flush out toxins from our body and to replenish its supplies in our bodies we need to drink water without it we cannot survive and lead a healthy life.
God Made it That way and it cannot be questioned by us mere mortals

The human body is made of 80% water and when you pee, sweat spit etc your body loses water and u have to drink it every day in order to replenish it and not become dehydrated especially now as hot as its been lately. Plus it taste refreshing and is good for you.

water is the universal lubricant and the universal solvent. it breaks down almost all forms of matter unless they are alive. otherwise is lubricates them or hydrates them if you will. depending on your source you are 66% to 75% water. get the picture. you need to replenish that big of a percentage if you want to be healthy

because it keeps your system's running smoothly.. and when u drink water it flushes the toxins out of you body... drink at least 8 8oz. glasses of water a day!

You DON'T, it's a myth. I haven't had a drink of water in weeks.
You don't need to drink 8 glasses of water a day. You certainly don't need 1/2 your body weight (in oz.) per day. You don't need ANY arbitrary target amount per day. Drink whatever you want when you're thirsty. Period!

It is good for you.
It replenishes the water that is lost through exercise and sweating.
It keeps you hydrated.
