Hi there,
What you have is called keratosis pilaris, and it is extremely common.
The best way to get rid of the bumps and stop them from coming back is to gently exfoliate everytime you have a bath or shower. Use a bath brush, a loofa, any thing mildly abrasive. That's the easiest and cheapest way. Using a body lotion with Retin A cream in it also works, but can be expensive.
After you exfoliate for awhile (a couple of weeks or so), probably all the bumps will be gone, and you can taper off to exfoliating maybe just 1-2 times per week. That's what worked for me.

Do you get them overnight?? Do they itch in the morning?? If the answer is yes to both then you might have Bed Bugs..

Aloha Oi Hoping you don't..
