"Will" is used as the auxiliary ("helping verb") part of a future tense verb if you mean definitely. For example: "I will go with you tomorrow."
You use "would" as an auxiliary verb to express condition. "I would go with you if I didn't have to run some errands here."

I WILL give you an answer and i WOULD hope that you WILL give me 10 points for it. WOULD you? here, I WILL give you another example. it WOULD be nice if everyone on yahoo answers WOULD answer questions nicely, like this for example. do you think this WILL ever happen?

will is future tense. "I will go tomorrow"
would is conditional "I would go to tomorrow if my car had gas"
