Talking about accommodations only I will say that MGM is very comfy and affordable. Talking in general, Bellagio and Wynn's are great in all senses.

Wynn, without question. Wynn is the best hotel in town, from a guest perspective. I have spent countless nights in most of the hotels on the strip. Wynn is the nicest, and newest of any of these hotels. Unlike Bellagio and Mirage, he built Wynn with the guest in mind. Lets take little things, like the walk at the Bellagio to the guest elevators is almost 600 feet. At Wynn its only 240', which is less than half the distance. This may not see like a big deal, but if you are carrying luggage, or have a problem and have to return back to the check-in desk, 600 feet each way, is about a quarter of a mile walk. Then Wynn was built up, rather than out. This means once you reach your floor, the walk to the room is much shorter, than at most other hotels in town.
Steve designed Wynn to feel small, even though its big. Its very intimate, and has many different places to explore. There is more there than just a box, with machines inside. The attention to detail is visual everywhere, nothing has been forgotten. Lastly the service is among the best in town!
Forget the rest, if you want the best, stay at Wynn!

The Bellagio, and then comes Mandalay Bay...there's just something about this hotel. The Wynn is at the top too.

As a Las Vegas resident, I believe the Venetian to be the most grandiose. It is the very pinnacle of Las Vegas class with its new Phantom of the Opera theater, elegant (and pricey) shops, and delightfully picturesque theme :o) And no, I am not a marketing major!

Mandalay Bay.. There is a man made beach @ the pool area! How much better can it get.
Also there are other private pools if you want to get away!
Loved Mandalay bay.
The rooms have large glass windows with great views of the entire strip & the bathrooms are huge!
