I'm looking for some ready web salution like mp3.com. I'm looking for ready web salution for musicians site and I need that they can upload the music and pictures. So is there any ready ( downloadable or buyeable ) salution for this purpose ?

things like mp3.com are custom made.
to learn to use a cms takes time.... for starters i can recommend Drupal or Joomla http://drupal.org , http://joomla.org .. as these are the top 2 for beginners.. have a look and see if there are any modules for you to customize your site to enable uploading etc etc.. it will take a while though if you are unwilling to pay.
as for paid solutions.. im not so sure on that one.

I don't know if there any downloaded CMS for mp3, music and others.
As long as I know, for cms, i use only phpBB coz i like doin that thing by PHP.
