It's corrupt Federal Administration. i.e., J. Edgar Hoover, President Kennedy, Nixon, and many, many more, but apart from that the homeless, the scam artists, the law of 'The survival of the fittest'. Alot of these "above God" type personalities are no different from you and me except they have power and wealth. Bill Gates seems to be a rare exception, but lets wait for the crunch line( tax evasion, I don't know!).
