I love women with small breasts with a passion. Anything from a cup AA to a B....Love them!!! And I hate large breasts. Like I've always said...the larger they are, the sooner they head south!

I will take an order of small real breasts please!
All kidding aside, I am much more partial to smaller breasts than larger breasts and I also prefer all natural instead of implants. Although I have never personally encountered a physical relationship with a lady who had implants, I have been told that "fake" breasts are not nearly as fun to play with.
In addition, there are other risks and concerns with breast implants:
1) EXPENSE: Unless the breast enhancement surgery is deemed a medical necessity, most insurance companies will not cover it. It is a costly surgery with some risk. If you happen to be one of the unfortunate ladies where something goes wrong, you might need additional surgeries and there will be additional expenses as well.
2) PAINFUL RECOVERY: Some ladies have reported that they did not fully recover until almost 2 months past the surgery. It is a painful recovery for most ladies.
3) SCARS: In some cases, the scars always remain visible and/or always make the lady feel self-conscious. The use of Vitamin E oil may help, or better yet look into Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to help with recovery and scars but the Vitamin E oil may not be enough and the HBOT is not covered by insurance for the beneficial treatment you would get to enhance your recovery.
4)LONG TERM RISK: As far as I know, breast implants do not come with a lifetime guaranty. There is a real risk that one or both of the implants might leak and future surgeries may be needed. Again, this will add expense and painful recovery. If you are having health issues and your implants fail you - it could be very discouraging to you.
I advise any and all small-breasted ladies not to stress over smaller breasts. They are incredibly sexy and satisfying and there are a lot of men, like me, who actually prefer them.

Personally, I like big real breasts. I feel sorry for females with natural small breasts and I hate the look and feel of any fake breasts. They just don't look or feel natural. Big and real is the only way to go!

I think it is up to the person with the breasts. If you're happy with what genetics gave you, then keep what you have. If you feel you came out on the smaller end of the gene pool and you honestly think big breasts are something you personally need to make it through life, then implants are fine. I would add that the implant decision should be yours and yours alone. No boyfriend or husband or peers should press you into a hasty decision. I would say some counseling before hand would be best.

The real ones that God gave you. If I wanted fake I'd go to a sex store and buy a doll or something. Women should not worry so much about their breast size. That's not the only part that makes them a woman.

OK so I'm not a guy,but I do dig chicks as much as men so I can answer this,small fake breasts are better for intamite times! but fake ones are better on the eyes,so I really guess my answer is small and real.

One of my old girlfriends used to say , more than a mouth full is wasted . I think implants are for Barby Dolls . I personally love women, and their different types of breasts only makes them more interesting . besides that real breasts feel real no matter how small they are , Implants don't

small real ones because they're real and i don't think women should get implants to make their breasts bigger just because they want to and it's hip now to get them. I can see getting implants for medical reasons, but i prefer real. I'm not a lesbian or bi. I just don't like women with huge breasts that look fake.

as a guy i'd like a girl with small and real ones...although medium and real ones would be perfect.....big and fake breasts suggests something about their personality as well

I think the real deal is always the best !! Majority of men prefer the real ones opposed the fake ones !
