So, Leapster, just what is your opinion? I can't know if I agree or not since you don't give a clue as to what your thoughts are. Here are mine: The dude is SOOOO guilty. Why? Let me count the ways: the cement circles where he made anchors, he kept the boat secret, he told different people different stories about where he was in the beginning, he didn't even look to see who was calling when his phone rang during an interview. Would a guy with a missing wife just ignore phone calls? Wouldn't he wonder if maybe it were her calling? The LIES he told to everyone on a constant basis just really stack up but there just isn't room here to list even a small percentage of them. He ordered hard core porn channels. Would a guy do that if there was a chance his wife would walk in after having escaped some abduction? What was he going to say, "Hi honey, ah, while I was really worried about you I thought I'd just..." Yeah, right. He KNEW his wife wasn't coming home. I'm not even mentioning the "I lost my wife" comment he made to Amber BEFORE Laci went missing. Since the whole world seems to know he's guilty, I'm thinking maybe you have a different opinion. How would you explain the bodies washing up right where he said he was the day she went missing? Why did he want to sell the house if she was just missing? Why did he sell her car? Why just throw stuff in the baby's room while lying about keeping it ready for the baby? He knew the baby would never come home - on and on and on the examples go. Here's my question: Do you think he's sitting in his cell celebrating the fact that at least he doesn't have to pay child support? What an idiot Scott was! Laci and her baby would have been fine without him - he could have just hit the road and sent in his child support, big deal - but noooo he had to butcher the innocent. For what? To avoid "looking bad" to friends and family? To avoid child support payments and arguments? What?! What on earth could be a reason that would make even the tiniest bit of sense? Afraid he'd lose a girlfriend he was happy to cheat on anyway? Clearly he has more than a screw loose. All the screws are loose and thus he lost the whole compassion part of his humanity. It's sad stuff. Really sad. My heart aches for Laci's mom and everyone else destroyed by Scott's stupid selfishness. Whew, I didn't even realize I wanted to say all this but, well, GRRrrrrr!!!

I most certainly think he's guilty. I think OJ is guilty, too, but at least Scott's off the streets.

I could give a rats as* about that whole thing.
Seriously. Does that trial affect you in any way?
No.
You just help the 24 hour news outlets' ad revenues because they tell you it's important.

He is a despicable lying sociopathic murderer that will rot in hell someday. Prison is too nice of a place for him.
Yes, I think he is guilty.
