if the engine is still quiet just use a 10-30 if the engine has a bit of a knock put in 20-50.
If you live somewhere where it gets cold in the winter use a 5-30 in winter time it makes it easier to start the car.
The b230 is a pretty tough motor so as long as you change your oil @ 5000 miles or 8000 kms your engine will last you many years.

Any good Brand Name for your Car is ok.
As Mechanic i like Valvoline or Castrol
If the price is right and all the spec's on the label say that you can use it then use it.
Repair Shops often use cheaper oils (bewahre)
Take care

10w40 Valvoline Maxlife. It the best for cars that old. Stay away from synthetic oils. They will find leaks were there should't be.
