I have been using a Mach 3 razor for more than a year now. I switched to a panasonic electric razor last week but when i used it the both times i got bad razor bumps at the side of my face. In reading the instructions it says that your face normally takes about 30 days to adjust to a new shaving method.
Is what i am experiencing just the adjustment period or is it a case of my face not being able to handle an electric razor?

Wait it out. While you wait, try some skin care specifically designed for electric razors. They make pre-shave solutions that help to prepare your skin. It can help with the irritation from shaving. You can find them in the aisle with the rest of the shaving products. Lectric Shave, Afta, Norelco, and Mens Essentials are some of the names out there.

Wait the 30 days and see what happens. If the razor bumps remain, return the razor and go back to "manual" shaving.
