I think she makes her own clothes ( for some of her performances) I saw that on an interview.
Try goth boutiques, or on-line Gothic clothing stores, hot topic, and corset shops.

Semi-goth fashion is trendy now (which is the opposite of what Goths are going for) but, for you, you can now start buying those clothes at the mall- and not just at Hot Topic, but other stores. In this months Cosmo Girl they have a mini mag that has Amy Lee-like fashion.
