It is on a white pair of pants and a colored scrub top. I have tried lighter fluid and vinegar. NO LUCK!

Try spraying hairspray on it. The stain should lift and you can blot it up with a paper towel. If that doesn't work on the pants, try a bleach pen and touch just the stain with it. On the colored top, you can try squeezing some lemon juice on it and let it sit in the sun for a couple of hours. Then wash as usual. Don't put the clothes in the dryer until the stains are gone because the dryer heat will just set the stain in more.

Good luck!

Try an aerosol hairspray, I know that it gets ink out of fabric. Good Luck
