My imagination is soaring already! I love the summer when a guy who is fit and trim wears nice shorts--about knee-length, fit nicely around the butt, not too loose on the thighs, but not skin-tight either, with a good-looking Polo or rugby-type shirt to go with it. Dockers to complete the outfit.
Definitely no jewelry other than a nice watch. MAYBE a small stud can be overlooked if the total package is good.
In colder months, or in a work atmosphere, a tie loosened at the collar, and the sleeves partially rolled up on his arms. It makes him look like he's ready for ANY kind of activity.

This is kinda weird but I think some guys look hot in black eyeliner.
Like Green Day guy, Billy Joe, and that guy in the freaky Clockwork Orange movie.
It's just hard to look away from piercing eyes with dark eyeliner.
