What anime do you watch? If some kiddie ones I don't think it'll be harmfull. Anime has many genres, I also watch anime. Sometimes anime has too many violent scenes, I watched anime with some brutal fight like, a character slices other into two parts of bloody corpse or stabbed one. Blood dripped and the villain laughed madly or give demonic smile.
I think it absolutely doesn't fit with kids, and parents must be worried if their children watched a show like that. Television have long term psychology side effect to children and no one knows what will happen if kids watch them.
In Japan, genres standards are very different with USA's. Brutal fights is labeled for all rates, they're soft I'm sure.

Anime is considered very violent by some. This is the main reason. In addition, you say "it realy doesn't suggest any behavior to me or anything and I'm eleven". However,
- You're not everybody and research has shown a link between violent TV/games and behaviour
- You can't know yet what would be the long term influences on your behavious or psychology.

Anime is such a wide genre of all kinds of stuff; it would require at least some knowledge about the genre to know what shows / movies are suitable for children (and 11 years old are children). Several flicks contain graphic violence, and at least I would forbid my children to watch that stuff. Most parents don't know very much about this genre, and maybe even have some misconceptions (because they may have only seen some clips of "the bad stuff").

With SOME stupid kids jumping out of the window, thinking they are Superman, SOME people will not let their kids watch animation...
Or maybe, the adults wanna watch some other shows that happened to clash with the timings of animes.

Why do some people not let their kids watch anime? Possibly they've seen you on the internet triggering them to think that their kids will become like you if they watched anime. I think I remember you from before, asking stuff like "Is it normal for a kid to look at hentai and masturbate" or something.

Some of the animes out there are inappropriate like Love Hina so parents who don't let their kids watch anime are being good parents.

A lot of parents do not know or understand what anime is. They think anime is kiddie cartoons or porn.
But, since you are eleven, I do hope that your parents are carefully watching what you see...at least until you're 15 or 16.
