In Canada, there are always lots of second hand books at libraries. Often they are willing to sell them by the box just to get rid of them. Yard sales, etc. often have lots. Don't know where you are though.

where is your position? in indonesia, i had a contact with british council, alliance francaise, goethe institute to ask their 'used' [?] collections.
