Yes. My favorite state. Oregon has it all: great coastal areas, fabulous mountains, and wonderful rivers. Portland is beautiful, Ashland has the best theater and Eugene is wonderful. They pump your gas in Oregon and there is no sales tax.

Yes, depending on where you buy.
Lake Oswego is overpriced.
But rural land is super cheap. The Oregon Coast is still affordable. Big old turn of the century homes are still under 300k in parts of Portland. I LOVE THIS STATE!
