No you won't need it. It is most probably an Adware that is installed into your PC without your knowledge when you are surfing the net.
Suggest you get rid of it before pop-ups start showing up.

that is just other internet servic software on ur pc that was installed befor you buy the pc u can remove it but make sure you dont remove your internet
