somehting new in your life is causing this, you need to get to the core issue, in the meantime, take time for yourself and relax, and let things go

It can be from stress or hormones.. or many things.. change in medication... recent loss of a friend or family member.. I would say that the best thing you can do is to discuss this with your doctor.. Your doctor can help you determine if you need any medication or tests to help you get over this.. good luck :)

aside from being stressed up,mood swings maybe due to hormonal imbalance since women had lots of hormones that are working synergistically. why not consult a physician?

I guess it has to do with stress....but i learned its part of puberty...i also have mood swings a lo.

you can't have sunny days all year long. When its rainy - you know it. You just have to control it. When you control it, you wont make stupid mistakes like getting cold for staying out too long. If you know what I mean.
