That looks like a very bright pink-purple. I would go a little less bold for lip color. A natural mouth and bold eyes are more flattering on just about every woman.
If you have your heart set on that color, try a nude lip liner and fill in your lips. They put the gloss on over it. It will help to tone down the vividness. Don't wear bright colors on your eyes while you do. Go for one or the other. If you try to have both eyes and lips painted to the max, you'll look cheap and overdone.
For other color suggestions, try brownish-reds or raisins. Lighter colors work better for the day, and keep the dark and bold colors for night.
Don't buy based on what looks good in the tube, it will look totally different once applied.

No, try to use light brown lipgloss, its better for olive skin.
