I have the clickwheel 20gb and so does he. How does he get the music on his iPod to his library? then, can I just connect to his laptop and his music (iPod and his new music) come to mine? Then how do I add my library? I want his music more but need to be able to charge on my machine. HELP. Thanks

you can't just connect up your iPod. i'm nearly positive that, if you do that, the music will no longer play on his iPod.

i think the only way to do that is for him to burn his collection onto audio CDs, and then for you to rip the CDs onto your computer. this is a pain, but then again you are flouting the copyright laws, so i wouldn't expect it to be easy.

Connect the iPod with the songs to the computer copy the songs onto the computer using windows mediaplayer, yahoo music, itunes ect. and then put those songs on the free iPod.

I asked my husband, he has an Ipod
