How would I go about writing a Chemical formula like H20 or SO4 ? The numbers have to be smaller than the letters and lower. According Chemical nomenclature style. Are there some kind of special commands that allow me to do that ? Also, how do I write the degree symbol. Like 360 degrees. I don't see it on the keyboard.

Couple options...

Number one... Run youre character map (assuming you use windows, i believe just click start->run then type charmap and hit ok... )

If you are using microsoft word, you can set number to be superscript or subscript under the font settings... The degree and other special symbols will probably be found in your charmap
