I'm looking up Geddy Lee as soon as I answer this....

The Flower! Of course!

***OK, a guy from Rush---well he may get recognized but not like Guy---I loved Guy as a player and would love to bump into him in Toronto. My husband works there a lot (it's only 90 minutes from Buffalo) and I am always on the lookout for players when I head up there. Toronto is an awesome city!

I'm so ridding the fence on this.

I'm kind of thinking it would be a very close to a draw. Most people that would recognize one would recognize the other. My thinking being the both Hockey and Rush are going to appeal to mainly dudes. And anyone who is old enough to recognize Geddy would likely know Guy and vise versa.

I think Guy's name is more recognizable than Geddy's but Geddy's face/look is more recognizable than Guy's..... So the short, I'd guess Geddy in a close one.

I have no clue who Guy LeFleuer is so Geddy Lee wins hands down. Now maybe if it was between Guy Lafleur and Bill Lee on the streets of Montreal, I'd go with Guy.

Who the hell is Geddy Lee? It's Lefleur by the way and the man can't walk down a street ANYWHERE in Canada and not be mobbed.
Go Habs!!

More than likely Guy. And as far as Molex77 saying even big fans would not reconize a hockey player outside the arena, not true. If you know what they look like you are going to know them when you see them on the street. Yes, you'll do a double take--because you are not used to seeing them on the street, not because you don't reconize them.

I don't think most people would recgonize even modern hockey players outside of the arena. If you're a big fan, you may do a double take but it's unlikely you'd say "Hey, isn't that Guy LaFleur"

First of all it's Guy Lafleur. In Toronto, the only person they will recognize is Ghandi! GO HABS GO!

Probably Lafleuer. I love Rush , but Hockey is King in Canada. I wish we had the hockey coverage here in the states that you Nucks do up North.
