Sweetie, who cares what he does with his wife. He is NOT your "mate". Stop calling him your "mate". He is your, we can't say here in Yahoo Answers, but you know the thing that you do, that is about all you do. You certainly shouldn't care about what he does, really you can't, you have nothing to claim on him. It's not your call what a husband and wife do, they are married and you are not married to him. Your call is to let this man be with his wife. And for God sakes, you talk to his mom? You need to get away from him and his mom. That entire situation is just plain stupid and pointless. Look at it this way, if they both disrespect his current wife, by entertaining you, for whatever reason, what makes you think they give you honor? They don't. And I just know you are not falling into that old story about he is unhappy and he's going to leave his wife. If so, then let him do it, see if he will make any changes in his life. In the meantime, leave him alone and see if he can produce some paperwork that reads the divorce is final. Step away from the flame of those relationships and get with somebody who is single and has less drama. Everybody has issues and drama, pick somebody who is single and can honor you the way you should be. As for him and his momma, don't even tell them you are going on about your business, they don't deserve that much attention from you, just make a change in your behavior, they'll get the message, be very unavailable to their phone calls, that is why God created Caller ID; they'll be just fine without you.

I take it that your mate and you were thus having an affair? Even if he had an affair with you, it doesnt mean that he doesnt love and desire his wife. Go get anor mate. Someone who isnt married!

I don't understand what you are so worried about. Why not have sex with her, it is his wife. Completely un-called for, you should have better self-esteem. I'm sure you are way younger than he is, too.
