i do not believe.it is ridiculous that the ppl born in the same month as you are having the same fate as you...ppl who belive in it probably have no idea how to control their own fate and thus turn to horoscope which is really silly!

Well I really do agree with you about observing "similar traits about people from the same horoscope". But does anyone believe that this is anything but mere coincidence or perhaps applied psychology? Something like people born around this time must be sharing something or the other!
Actually that is what I always think about : how do they suceed in getting people to believe in Horoscopes and how is it that sometimes some of what is written does match the reality??
However no matter what, I will never ever believe in Horoscopes!!
No one knows about the future but Allah. but sometimes I do read them for fun...but not frequently.
Sometimes the prophecies come true but I think that it's considence. If the horoscope said: "Something good will happen today" ,surely everyday there's something good that happens!!! I mean that the prophecies are mostly general and thier propability to be fulfilled is large...

Because it is typical of somebody totally ignorant - no offense intended. Get your birth chart done. The stuff you read in the papers is based on "sun signs," Which means where your sun was when you were born. I mean come on, on any given day there are 144 million possible combinations depending on where and when you were born. Not even identical twins have the same chart, okay? It can't possibly take into consideration the rest of your chart because that requires alot of mathmatical calculations and will cost you big bucks if you want it done right by a professional. And please, don't say "believe in it" as though it were some kind of religion. It's not something to "believe" in. It's a roadmap, okay? Your chart is nothing more than a roadmap from God that says, "Here is is what you chose to be born as. What will you do with the gifts I have given you? What road will you take?" That's why he gives you free will. You can either take the high road, or you can take the low road. Example: Say you're a Pisces. You can either choose the low road - to get involved with drugs, alcohol, sit arond feeling sorry for yourself because you were born with a handicap, whatever; or you can take the high road: become a musician, work with the handicapped, earn a living as as bartender, or a magician, or go into the priesthood or become a nun. These are all just possibilities. I mean, just look at Josh on "Last comic standing," one of the few tv shows I watch. I can guarantee you he has Neptune, moon, jupiter, yada, yada aspects. Did he sit around feeling sorry for himself because he was disabled? Hell no! He used it, and look where it got him! America loves him!, because the comedy he does comes from his heart.

i can declare i'm no longer have self assurance in horoscope too. many human beings those days use horoscope as a coaching of their existence. maximum of them use to foretell their destiny like "day after today Scorpio would have a huge disaster, bla bla bla...", then day after right this moment they are going to be rather careful or no longer putting out with pals. yet shouldn't BEING careful BE prepare ALL-TIME?! and likewise, they use horoscope to shape their personalities, i recommend come on, how can easily all and sundry all over the realm with maximum cancers sign shared a similar stable, desperate, sturdy, obdurate, resourceful, style, Ferocious temper, Lazy, ordinary, unswerving, beneficiant, Possesive, elementary and economic wizard (ya, i copied from a internet site) personalities? All people are diverse persons, the ambience itself may be the single that shape the personalities human beings. So what i can declare is, horoscope is a few thing that used via somebody that's far less self-self assurance so as that they are able to have a greater clever existence. Sorry of my broken english, i'm in a hurry LOL.

Why do we believe in anything? It gives some people a sense of being okay with who they are (not everybody had loving parents who taught them this). For other's it explains those nagging questions that no one ever seemed to be able to answer. They were able to read the horoscope and see an answer about something they've always wanted to know. For people born under the psychic signs (Cancer, Scorpio Pisces) it just confirms the things they've always known.

Well now that you put it that way.
Seriously though, I believe in astrology to some degree but not as a way to plan my entire life's decisions. I believe that the full moon can make some people act weird. The moon does, after all, control the tides. So what if other planets out there control certain physical aspects here on earth, that can effect mood and behavior for some people as well. It is something interesting I like to consider.

Well, I do not believe in horoscopes. But there are a few psychological reasons that might explain why people do believe in them.
People look for predictability, and order in a chaotic world. For the things they can't explain (like why fate gives them what it does), they look for explanations.
Horoscopes have a large following, and people tend to attribute numbers to validity.
People tend to believe that there's a certain degree of magic in the world (whether in things like love, or whether they have a spell book, or whether they believe Jesus Christ has the supernatural ability to forgive them), and horoscopes fall into that category for many people of things that "could be".

I don't believe in it, but I know it gets addictive, I once used to look at the daily horoscope to get laughs and I kept on reading it every day.... Superstition at best but I say people really want some things to happen to them... it's like an incentive, an excuse to go after their dreams, or just the extra nudge for their courage to jump into something new and unknown, I think.

It is a more anecdotal thing and is entertaining. I believe that all is well with those who don't take the horoscopes too seriously. I enjoy reading the horoscopes just about daily. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31.
Peace and God Bless.

Reading a horoscope is a make believe fantasy or you imagine deja vu. It's just a boost of self expression conveyed through visions of another person. You determine the true definition of a horoscope through events in your daily life. In some cases you feel as though your horoscope has molded or shaped your day. In others the horoscope is totally opposite of your actions, thoughts,or expressions. It's just one of those sticky situations.
