Why couldn't "trivia" and history" be in the 1st column??Rather than 2nd?

Trivia would be good to have in the first column as it really is its own category, the one where the asker already knows the answer and is seeing if others can figure it out.

History, however, is classically a humanities, and is properly a subcategory of the Art and Humanities category. What I can't figure out is why there are two different geography categories.
