Simpler than what? You never said what you were doing now to lose weight or aren't watching your weight right now? It's great that u want to be active. That will really help with weight loss. But, if you are asking how u can lose weight to get in shape before you join the sport, then, there is NO way that is simple. Dont go on a diet that promises fast results. You will lose what u want to lose and then go off the diet, gain it back and probably more. That happens to lots of people. I have been over-weight all my life and I'm just now starting to realize what others have told me for years. If u want to lose weight, you have to change your whole life-style. Don't call it a diet. Just eat healthier all the time, forever. I'm not saying that u can never splurge and eat things that are unhealthy ever so often, but watch the portions. Only have the serving size that is listed on the package. Try alternatives to old things to make it more of a life-long change. For example, if u love ice cream, have a little bit of fat-free frozen yogurt. You dont have to use fat-free everything. I use reduced fat items...Lite salad dressings, lite cream cheese, reduced fat cheese singles, etc. I have lost over 50 lbs since January 18 on Weight Watcher's points. I found my old books and I'm going to a meeting for support that is not Weight Watchers because WW is way to expensive.Whatever diet you decide to use, make sure you have more milk than an adult because a teen needs more. And talk to your doc. Hope this helped.

Stop drinking sodas, juice, and just drink water with ice. Find a bowl that's not too big and eat only what can fit in that bowl for every meal, doesn't matter what. Don't go out for fast food. No candy, it'll sap your strength like a mofo. Get your friends to help you by eating less too, like a competition. Do aerobic exercise to get your heart rate up and you'll burn more calories throughout the day. Diets never work, you have to focus on your goals, have passions in life, like sports or climbing mountains or running a business, not just chasing guys or shopping. Pursuing your goals is where happiness and fitness lie. You're too busy to eat. Too satisfied with a job well done.

It all depends on how much time you have before the sports show. First of all, cramming (crash diets) never work. You should think about your goals on a long term basis, then develop short term goals to reach these. In your weight loss case, start to eat healthy and work out. Set a target weight loss and improvement on body fat percentage on a monthly basis. With consistent healthy eating and exercise, you will feel and see results in a month's time. Weight loss is never simple if you jus diet. There must be a combination of exercise and diet over a long period of time.

Hi
This plan really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
good luck

Sport is surely the best way to lose weight and at the same time enjoy it instead of doing exercises that are boring. Play games like soccer or tennis where you can stretch you body.

Heavy Breakfast, Light Lunch and if possible Light Dinner. Make sure that intake of Corbo hydrades and Fatty contents are as less as possible. Drink plenty of water. Avoid Alcohol and Non-Veg if possible.
If you have habit of sleeping after Lunch, avoid it. Don't sleep soon after you had your Dinner. Early morning walking may help you more.
