People that have loud snoring problems have blocked nasal passageways. Helpful to lose weight, wear a nasal bandage thing, and to practice deep breathing techniques.

dont sleep on your back, lose weight, and use those nose opening strips that sports people wear. its like a bandaid over a plastic bit that when glued to your nose helps pull the nostrils open, snoring is caused by breathing through the mouth in your sleep.
