Three drops each in a sip of water twice a week.
Followed by :-
1. NATRIUM MUR 6X
2. KALI MUR 6X
3. CALC FLOUR 6X
Four Tablets each four times a day every four hours.

People that have loud snoring problems have blocked nasal passageways. Helpful to lose weight, wear a nasal bandage thing, and to practice deep breathing techniques.

dont sleep on your back, lose weight, and use those nose opening strips that sports people wear. its like a bandaid over a plastic bit that when glued to your nose helps pull the nostrils open, snoring is caused by breathing through the mouth in your sleep.

get him to sleep on his side instead of back. Lose weight. breathing exercises to breathe thru the nose. Nasal strips, sugar in his mouth, Breathe Right Relief , no alcohol, tranquilizers , coffee or snacks just before sleeping,tell him to allow you to sleep first, use two pillows , develop good sleeping habits and patterns,
for a restful sleep but primarily lose weight.

get those breathe right strips, theyre supposed to open up your nasal passages and help a LOT

allergy medicine or try those nose strips u can get them at walmart! works like a gem and opens ur nasal cavities!
