Well, Hizbollah still have their weapons & Israel reinvaded Lebanon. So I guess neither got their way. But the real losers are the people on both sides. I can speak on behalf of one of them.

We lost 1000+ most of whom are women, children & senior citizens, only few Hizbollah members & many who did not support Hizbollah in the first place. (Please save your comments on why they stayed & why didn't they go up against them: they had no where to go & the roads were severely bombed. The cant fight them unarmed either).

1,000,000+ driven out of their homes, into schools & public gardens. Most of whom have no more homes to return to. Diseases spread. Outbursts of cholera. Can you imagine? in the 21st century??? Because there was no more plastic, due to the siege, to bottle clean water!!!

Our infrastructure is completely damaged. Roads and bridges alone will cost around $2 billion, which let me tell you, we dont have. Not to mention entire neighborhoods flattened to dust.

Thousands out of jobs, because companies closed & moved out. Hundreds of thousands immigrating, in a country of only 3,5 million...

Even if this is over today, which I seriously doubt, our lives have been wrecked, our dreams shattered, our future has become dark & uncertain... And people are still intent on naming a winner...

Israel said they will quickly disarm/destroy hezbilly...a month into it they did not. Hezbilly will win the minds of the Lesbianese people because they not only "stood up" against Israel, they will also help them rebuild. Lesbianon will ultimately turn into a Hezbilly state. The real winner? IRAN! (aka Hezbilly's daddy).

The winner is nobody, The loosers are the civilians of Lebanon & Israel. So many lost their lives & so many lost their dear-ones & so many lost thier sole bread benefactors.

Hezbollah. This is a victory for them because Israel caved under world pressure. This will only empower the terrorist.
