What are all the good service providers for cell phones?

Cingular and I will tell you why: I was on the beach in Maui and called by peeps in Western New York, not problem, great quality, and since Hawaii is part of the USA and I called other cingualr customers, no charge either. Sometimes life is sweet like that.
