There's so much you can do. Rent sappy love movies, and just have them playing in the background, while you all give each other facials. You do not have to go out and spend tons of money, just have your mom make plain oatmeal, and you all smear this all over your face. This is the best mask for your face over any $100 crap in a jar. Also, go to a drugstore and buy cheapy cosmetics like "NY Color." How about you all make each other's face up. Just don't share mascara. And, give each other manis and pedis. Also, play in each other's hair. Ask you mom for maybe $20 to go and pick up the latest girly magazines. And make sure you get some that have a fall fashion preview, since most mags have their September editions out. Maybe get Lucky, Seventeen, Cosmo Girl, and Teen People. When that gets boring, pig out on junk food, and just sit around and talk. Light some candles, listen to the radio, especially if your local station has a "midnight love" segment. Call some boys, if you have a phone in your room. Trust me, your friends will not get bored. Sleepovers allow teens to exert some independence, and they will be grateful just to be out of their house and away from their parents. Have fun!

here's a little schedule of how your night could go. some of my tips may not work for you depending on how many people you have and how old you are, but anyway...
1-stay near the door and greet everyone as they come in. talk to the girls who are already there while you wait for the rest of them to come.
2-then, go to the kitchen and have a snack. its best to have one already prepared so your friends dont get bored while youre making one. chit-chat as you eat.
3-play a game. stay away from video games because theyre long, boring for some girls, and only a few people can play at a time. good sleepover games are Twister, Jenga (Truth or Dare version) or Pictionary. Good outside games are Capture the Flag, Freeze Tag, or hide and seek (childish but always fun).
4-Get everyone a drink after the game. Relax for a little.
5-Watch a movie. Movies are good because they take up lots of time and there are never awkward silences. Popcorn and soda during a movie is also always a plus!!! Make sure you watch an age appropriate movie, and make sure all the girls are okay with what you watch. For example, if there's violence in the movie, be sure none of the girls are squeamish. If it's a horror movie, make sure no one is too scared!!
6-Turn off the TV, music, and anything loud or electronic. Get your PJs on and have the girls prepare their sleeping area. Then, get in bed and talk for a while. Truth or Dare is always a fun bedtime game.
Good Luck at your sleepover! I hope my tips help make it a hit!!

OK not knowing how old you are is difficult to decide what ideas to give you. When my daughter who is 16 has a sleep over they have a blast. They rent movies and I make every snack known to man because teenage girls can eat. They do their hair and make-up. Then they tell scary stories. I of course have to jump in and scare them. They share secrets that I never hear. They look through the year book and talk about other people. At 3:00 AM they make pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs and hash browns and wake everyone else up with the smoke detector going off. They play board games. But the greatest thing is they are comfortable enough to be them selves. They listen to music and dance. They sing to their favorite songs. What I suggest is that you know who you are inviting and what types of things that they like to do. Make sure everyone has something that they like. Pillow fight whatever. Just enjoy being with your friends.
