No. German is one of these languages where things are pronounced like they are written. that means that Dummkopf (dumb-head, literally) is pronounced dumm (like the word doom in English) and kopf (o like in orange); the f is almost not heard, but it's there.

im native german

the german "u" is peonounced like the english "oo"
But dumm is written with 2 "m" so you have to spaek it fast.

the german "o" is always pronounced like oracle/orange and in this word also fast the "f" is actually spoken!

so like
doomkawpf but so slow element in it
