all youll need is a chip, youve either got the 330 5.4 with 300 hp 365 torque the 6.8 v10 with 362 hp 457 torque hp or the 6.0 powerstroke v8 at 325 hp and 570 ft lbs you can get a chip from almost anyone, if its the diesel check banks if its gas look on jegs for one, while your on there buy a k&n air filter and that should get you a good boost of power. to get more than that will require work. if its the diesel youll see all the packages and you can pay a shop to install

What the heck for??
The only thing that will yeild that much power (and still stay streetable) is a supercharger or turbocharger. Good for an easy 50 hp (for about 2000 smackers!)
This is assuming your van is equipped with a gas engine of course.

if you have the deisel, all you need is a chip, and maybe exhaust. Bullydog makes great ones.
for a gas engine, easiest way would be a supercharger+exhaust for 100 or so horses.

Turbo. But you'll probably have to rebuild your engine so it can handle it. $$$ good luck.
