Hyperhidrosis can be helped with different remedies.
A friend of mine used accupunture to help with her condition.
Google it also.

Ok, it seems that you have a high metabolism rate. Metabolism rate means the rate that you sweat. If you have high metabolism rate, you will sweat more and vice versa.
This metabolism rate is unevitable. Everyone has it, but how high the rating is depends on your genes. Most people have high metabolism rates because their parents or even grandparents had this. Thus, you will also get this.
To prevent this, you may go to the doctor. I am not sure how the procedure works but usually it is successful. Another way is that you put powder on your body, especially those parts that you sweat a lot. It doesn't guarantee that it will stop though, but it does reduce the amount of sweat.
However, take this into consideration. There are some people who tried to reduce their high metabolism rate, but in the end, they become more prone to illnesses such as high blood pressure. This is because, when you sweat, you release fats. If you are a high metabolism person, and you blocked most of your sweats from coming out, the fats will not be released from your body. Thus, high blood pressure occurs.
High blood pressure occurs when there is too much fats in the veins that the blood needs a lot of pressure to pass through these fats so that it will reach other parts of your organs and brains before coming back to you heart.
Anyway, this is all that I can give. Possibly you may want some advice from your doctor before doing any treatment.

A dermatologist may be able to help, but in the meantime, pick up a $5 bottle of Certain Dri from CVS or WalMart, it will stop the sweating under you arms. Hyperhidrosis usually only affects the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet, so I'm a little doubtful about that being your condition. Strenuous excerise (Iike tennis) will make ANYONE sweat in the areas you are talking about. Except for the emberassment factor, you shouldn't even be concerned unless it happens to you all the time and for no reason.

ask a doctor about getting some kind of cream...i know it is out there because i had a friend with a similar situation. it is not something you can controll without medicine and it is becasue your sewat glands are larger than normal. it is a natural thing you shouldnt be embarrased about. i am fat and know how you feel. i have to drive from my home to college 3 times a week in a big hot caddilac with no air conditioning and usually change my clothes once i get to school becuase of sweat....so dont be embarassed.....your not alone

Some people have a sweating condition. I forget what it is called but it is because your sweat glands over work. Talk to your doctor, I think there is medication for it. Maybe try some body powder??

I read a few weeks ago that when you are healthy that you sweat a lot.
I know for me that when I am drinking a ton of water (I drink about a gallon a day) that I sweat a TON.
I hear it is healthy. It is getting rid of toxins in your body.

If you have large pores, oily skin you will probably sweat more. i know it can be embarrassing but they say sweating is good for you. I am a sweater too (wish I could be a mitten) it just means your body is doing what it should be.
