Gary Del'Abatie on the Howard Stern Show once wanted to buy a cartoon cell from the Quick Draw McGraw cartoon and he kept referring to Quick Draw's sidekick as Babba Booey (instead of Babba Louie) and the name stuck.

Some ugly retard from the howard stern show. No offense to ugly people or mentally retarded people, but this guy is such a douche bag. He's quite possibly one of the most offensive looking people I've ever seen, yet he and howard often critique beautiful women and pick apart their flawless bodies by telling them they're not good looking enough for playboy magazine.
