I think he forced himself on her. You know how some famous people get their way. I think that she flirted with him, too, that's why, then decided to stop middleway but then, you know how men can't stop when they're on the groove already.
Kobe's guilty but he's got millions to pay lawyer's fees (and other stuff) so, he's off the hook. Plus, the ***** has got a not-so good past, so that's a negative on her. You know how dirty courtroom calls are now. Even if things that happened in the past has no relevance whatsoever in the case that's going, they'll always find ways to dug up the worms in your closet, no matter how reformed you have been.
Anyway, money is everything, especially for lawyers.

Does it really matter anymore? Hate Kobe all you want, but what does it say about her if he really did do it? Say he did rape her. That means she let a rapist run free b/c she decided to be a whore and go after money. That is the main reason I don't think he did it.

besides this case couldn't even get to the jury.
It's crazy to me they still refer to the chick as "kobe's accuser".
The case was thrown out. It's time to use her real name or just call her the chick who filed a false claim, because legally that's all it was.

Hell no he didn't. They found semen from like 4 other men on the pair of underwear she was wearing when she had intercourse with Kobe. She was a tramp. It wasn't even close-that is why the case never went to trial and why she never tried to sue him in a civil court.

He probably was already in when she said stop. I'd say no he didn't, but was probably a real a s s hole about it afterwards, that's why she cried rape.
