I have an interview at American Eagle in a couple of days. I figured that I should come dressed in some article of AE clothing to show that I support the company, but I was wondering what would be an appropriate bottom piece to wear.
For instance, could I go with an AE top & jeans (perhaps NOT from American Eagle)? Or are jeans considered too casual for an interview?

Even if your aloud to wear jeans once you get a job at American Eagle, don't wear jeans to your interview. It's much to casual for an interview but don't go to dressy as it is American Eagle were speaking about. I would suggest wearing a black pair of pants from any store and then wear some kind of American Eagle top. A polo from AE would be casual yet dressy at the same time and you could pick any colour you prefer as your pants would be black and would match pretty much anything. Choose a colour that works nice with your skin tone. As for shoes you could wear a pair of black pumps but with a kitten heel so it's not to "over the top". Then you could purchase a cute bracelet or something from American Eagle to go with your outfit. Good luck at your interview!

When I had my interview I literally just wore a black maxi dress, flip flops, and a cute kimono. It doesn't take much. If you have style and what you wear looks like their brand and you come with a good personality you will probably get the job. I did.

i suggest you wear an AE top, maybe a polo to make it more "professional looking" then wear a pair of khaki pants and flip flops, if youre gonna be interviewed to sell clothes to people, you might as well show your style in a "professional" yet casual way

I would say to make a better impression dont wear jeans. You can wear some nice slacks with a button down.

it depends what job you're applying for.
If you're applying for something more professional (like accountant, CEO, stuff like that), go for the professional, smart look.
If you're going for salesperson or something, wear total AE. top, jeans, hat, belt, shoes, everything.

I really like long dresses. My bf likes the brief ones. So my closet is stuffed w/ 1/2 and 1/2.

well you should were an AE shirt !?!?!? were a little bit of makup dnt pac it on dnt do any thing to derastic simple but cute and serios heels would be cute to

Be fashionable, they like that. Wear hoop earings, and if you don't feel confortable in jeans, wear a nice leather skirt from there. Also wear a shirt from them. Be as polite as possible.
