If most gay guys prefer men with large man boobs. He says he is flat chested and thinks that if he gets larger man boobs more men will think he is attractive. Do you think they would help him or would they just be a waste of money?

Tell him his moobies are just fine and any man should be happy with him the way he is. Spend the money on beer instead. If he gets some new moobs he will then have to wear a manssiere or a bro and fine underwear is expensive!

If he wants a more defined chest then he should to exercises to build up those muscles. It's not at all true that most gay guys prefer men with large "man boobs" - whatever they are.

Do you mean flabby fatty boobs or muscles? I don't think anyone should give themselves fat boobs, but muscles are always nice up there.
