I can download it but I have a problem when I get to the installation part. It says, "Error 1500. Another installation in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one." I have no idea what to do. Help please!!!

I think it is something wrong with your computer. Maybe try restarting your computer and then try again. Don't open any programs but your internet explorer, and then try and re-download it and then re-install it.

Maybe there is some download from before that you need to 're-start' for it to take effect. Try restarting your computer.
