I'm so confused right now. I was down on my knee and I asked her to marry me and she said yes, but then when I put the ring on her finger she slapped me and called me a few names that I don't think would be appropriate to repeat on this website. I know it couldn't have been the ring because it was by far the nicest one you could get out of the quarter machine at Walmart, so what do you think it was that made her change her mind?

Your girlfriend should've been grateful; I mean, you could've really insulted her getting a $3k diamond engagement ring--oh, the shame THAT would've been!!
You know, your descrip of the proposal and moments thereafter....kinda suggest a HUGE red flag of "Danger Will Robinson" that you might ought to heed: You want a bi-SEXUAL girl; NOT a bi-POLAR one!
Hell, let girlfriend keep the ring and go on off away from you--something that very well could save your life. Feel sorry for the next poor basta*d she hooks up with and pray for him. Count yourself lucky you saw the red flag warning BEFORE signing the marriage contract....and your life away.
