I say find a new BF and BFF!!! You don't need people like that in your life!!!

First off, ditch the dude, he ain't worth your time!
Second of all, if your BFF had any ounce of decency in her DNA, she'd agree to do the same.
However having said that, it would appear selfish that you are kinda "controlling" your BFF' thoughts/ emotions. If it had been you in her place, you would wish her happiness too.
And realistically, you can't make someone like you if they're not.

If your BFF is really your friend, she won't date a cheating loser like your BF. Cut your losses & find someone who deserves you.
