do you mean gay like gay men, or lesbians or what? I mean sex is a broad topic and there are many different factors involved but the basic types of sex are:
the most common basics for gay men anal sex and oral
lesbians: oral sex, fingering etc...
lots of people including heterosexual um use toys etc.. i hope this wasn't to offensive I don't know how old you are. It bugs me that they don't cover some of this in high school health classes.

As far as how gay people have sex... well.. I'm not going to get into all the details.. If you have a basic understanding of how straight people have sex...then alls you have to do is expand your ideas a little... not a whole lot different really... except a lack of either a male set of genitals or a lack of female set of genitals if its a gay male relationship... use your imagination... things are often substituted... the possibilities are endless.... there is no right and wrong way....

I heard someone answer this question which was asked by a straight man to a gay man. His answer:

I thought it was funny (it was meant to be). But it also rings true. I know a lot of women who are freaks though and they will do anal and oral too.
