A girl getting her menses varies quite a bit.
Some girls can get their period as young as 9 or as late as 16.
Also if you don't have a lot of body fat, this might delay your period. Check with your women folk & see when they started bleeding, this will give you a clue.

Unless you're fifteen or sixteen, don't worry about it. By then you should have started. Emotional or mental maturity are not on the same timeline, and everyone is a bit different.
And honestly, periods are not something fun. Important, yes, but not something all that fun, imo.

Emotional maturity doen't affect it, it will come when it's meant to. Nothing you can do to hurry it along, but don't worry about that. You'll hate it when it does show up!

you dont say how old you are, and i dont know what you mean by mature. likely you are just natural, for you, however you usually mature physically about the same age as your mother.

Dont worry about it. I felt the same way in fifth grade. i started puberty early

not to worry things generally go in order but someimes there can be a delay. Best if you are worried to go see our doctor.
