i discovered i have 13 degrees of scoliosis last year...i originally went to the doctor b/c i have had pain in my lower back if i'm on my feet a lot or not sitting comfortably. but also, if i'm on my feet for more than an hour or so, my left hand starts to go numb and my left shoulder has this pain that doesn't seem to be in the shoulderblade bone. could it be a pinched nerve due to my scoliosis?? what do you do about a pinched nerve?

A chiropractor is a good starting point; not all are created equal. Find a reputable one, and you may want consult a neurologist as well.

The answer to your first question is Yes, it might be a 'pinched nerve' and it can be a result of your mild scoliosis. The answer to you second question is to see your family Chiropractor.

Best wishes and good luck.
