beth and jennifae are correct. It really depends on if you are talking about multiple bobs or if the last name is bob or bobs. If you are talking about Billy Bob...you would say Billy Bob's resume. apostrophe s makes it possesive.

Bob's. The other way would be used if there were more than one Billy Bob with a resume. We looked at all the Billy Bobs' resumes. Like veterans' day, meaning all the veterans, not just one.

If it is one Billy Bob, then his resume is Billy Bob's resume.
If there are several Billy Bobs, then their resumeS are Billy Bobs' resumes.
If there are two gentlemen named Billy with a last name of Bob, who are applying for the same job, then there would be Billys' Bob resumes.

The correct answer is Billy Bob's resume. You would only use Bobs' if his name was spelled Bobs.

The former is correct. Bob's is singular and possessive. Bobs' is plural possessive, thus signifying a thing that belongs to multiple Bobs.
"There are four guys named Bob who live in this house. It's the Bobs' house. It's Bob's house, and also Bob's, and Bob's, and Bob's."
See how that works?
Edit: the person who said that the latter of your examples could also refer to a thing that belongs to someone named Bobs is also correct.

Bob's. The other girl is way off. Bob's means it belongs to Bob. Bobs' means it belongs to either more than one Bob, or a man named Bobs.
