U must ask him the question.I think if u going out with him, try not to wear high heels. As u r alone, u can wear.
I think if u ask him, he will tell u its OK, but he will feel uncomfortable n wouldn't let u know.

I think that he would mind he may not say it but he is thinking it and guys get embass when a girl is taller than the so don't wear high heels wit him

Well, just in the privacy behind closed doors just for him. Even so, explore the general idea first. If he really likes your heels, then slowly explore his feelings about out in public. Otherwise it would actually be tacky and thoughtless. Unless you dig being tacky & thoughtless, some people do. But unless you do, avoid the heels; people will snigger on the street.

Not rude. He obviously likes tall, but asking "Would you mind if I wear heels?" would be the best route.
