The question is kinda vague. I would keep a record of the problems. I would use a mini recorder if I needed evidence of verbal abuse or sexual harassment. Files a grievance with your employer. Contact the Department of labor. If you have a valid claim get an attorney a file a lawsuit. Good Luck!

You have the right to quit.

Your workplace should be free of harassment or discrimination based on sex, race, national origin...

If you are being harassed or discriminated against based on any of these, you have to keep a diary, that you fill in each time it happens, not a week or two later. Also keep all memos, and note who witnessed the incidents.

I don't think we have any rights. I work in retail and get no break or lunch during my shift. I think that is abuse. Everyones answer is to get another job. I say there should be someway to fix the employer.

You turn in your discrepancies with your employer to the Better Business Bureau, or OSHA
