for the past few decades, the world's humanity level has dropped drastically..humans have become cold and heartless..
when war and natural disaster occur, people start to help each other more. we see a lot of fundraisings and aids from people of different backgrounds working together to help each other out.
the cold and heartless have become warm smile holding out their hands for others.

for me it doesnt really matter who you help
what is your purpose when you help people? is it because you want something back in return? is it because you feel powerful when you help people in need? or is it just because they are fellow human being like you breathing the same air, living under the same sky who are simply in need?

I don't think the world has changed that much. There have always been those who are cold and heartless and those who are not. No disaster, natural or not, is a blessing.

Things tend to cycle. In times of plenty, we don't have as many problems with either of these things. When we start having economic problems, we see wars breaking out. When there is a boom in live births, especially in economically depressed countries, things like famine occurs. I know that barely touches on the possibilities, but those are just examples. Morality aside, it is all population control.

No, not at all. That is just clap trap to try and rationalize terrible things that happen so it doesn't seem as bad. You ask the people who have had their children die horribly if it was a blessing in disguise, and I think you'll know the answer.

And by the way, there was a terrible horrible earth quake in Iran and the USA sent in millions of dollars, doctors, portable hospitals, tents, you name it. That did not good at all toward Iran being nicer to us.

well wars are man made so you probably have a harder time tryign to prove that one, but yeah natural disasters i think could definitely be. Some natural forest fires sure seem disasterous, but they are natures way of cleaning out an area and rejuvenating a forest.

You are mistaken. Because things like aid and what not more obvious through our news outlets, it doesn't mean they were non-existent before. Never is a disaster a "blessing."
