All the time, every time. Know way too many people who were seriously injured by not wearing them. Rather have a big bruise and broken ribs than be dead.

yes, but only because i get beeped at by the seat belt police installed in my car. it's more dangerous sometimes (like in the city) because when you lean forward to look for traffic, you get caught by the seat belt and then cannot see what's coming down the road.

well i dont drive but no i dont wear a seat belt ever.. seat belts kill. i know several ppl that got in a wreck and if thay would have been wearing there seat belt thay would have been killed. more ppl are killed by seat belts and air bags than ppl that dont have or wear either of them..

I have to - its the law and my car has an alarm that goes off if I don't. If it was up to me without the law I would probably wear a seat belt - but I don't like have laws that require me to.

All the time, and in my country, a compulsory exercise or face the fine and have demerit points deducted from your driver's licence! My advice - wear it! For safety sake, save lifes too.
