Breast implants or a smaller real thing? My sister-in-law had breast implants a couple of yrs ago and loves them. I am thinking about having it done too. Need opinions please. :)

It totally depends on you. if you want them for you and not for guys that's one thing... I'd do it since Ive had 2 kids and I'm droopy now. But if your happy with your body don't change it. :-)

its weather your are comfortable with your body or not. happy with what god gave you. but some think theres always room for improvement! watch out though, there are actually sme ladies who have a surgery fetish, it may be addicting. although me being a girl myself. dont you hate it when you try on an amazingly beautiful dress or top? but the only flaw is there yoru chest is because you have nothing there? if so, after you get off that surgery table you'll feel like it was worth it and you can go to the fitting rooms and try on that dress or top and you'll feel it was worth every penny

Leave them as they are. If you want people to notice what you've got, wear tight things and try going without a bra.
